Three steps.

Most of the work is ours. You check the facts and approve the words. It works for a product or service, new or already on sale, a grand opening, or other news about your business.

  1. Paste your product link

We read your page and fill in the name, photos, price and features. Shopify stores and most other stores work.

  2. Approve your release

We write a news-style press release. Answer a few optional questions, change any line, then approve it.

  3. See it in the news

It goes out to hundreds of news sites with links back to your store, and your report lists every live link.

In the news. In search. One click from your store.

A paid launch sends your release to 400 to 500+ news sites, with links to your product by name. Every launch, the free one too, gets its own launch page, written to be found by search engines and AI assistants, so the people who hear about your product can go straight to your store.

AP News and USA Today come with Launch Pro, or as an add-on to any paid launch. The number of news sites depends on the plan.
  • 500+

news sites in our partner's network receive a Wide Release. Starter goes to 400+.

  • By name

every release links to your product, so readers can go straight to your store.

  • 1 day

is our goal for sending your release after you approve it, Monday to Friday. Each site then publishes on its own schedule.

  • Every link

shows up in your report, so you can see where your launch ran.

From the news to your store.

  1. Your launch goes live

The release goes live on AP News, USA Today, Barchart, StreetInsider and 508 more news sites.

  2. Search engines and AI find it

Search engines (Google Search, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo Search, DuckDuckGo, Brave Search) and AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Meta AI) can find it.

  3. A customer asks

A customer asks for the best insulated bottle for hiking, and the answer names the Northpine Summit.

  4. They find you and buy

They buy it on the Northpine store.

What a launch does

Your release on your own launch page and, on paid plans, on the news sites in your plan. Links to your store. A report of every placement.

What it doesn't

It isn't a story by a reporter, and nobody can promise traffic, sales or rankings. What to expect

Every launch builds your free business page.

Your launches collect on one page at verifiedhive.com/your-business, with what you do and a link to your store. Share it in your bio, your emails and your pitch deck.

Questions and answers.

What can I launch?

Something new or something you already sell: a product, a service, a grand opening or a new location, a new company, or other news about your business, such as a milestone or a partnership. Products can sell on any store with a public page, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Amazon and Etsy. A business or service just needs a website or a public page people can visit.

Will my release be published?

Your release is sent to the news sites in your plan once it passes our review. Each site decides whether to publish it, and your report lists every site that did. If we decline your release, or the network rejects it and it can't be fixed, you get a full refund. If a named outlet you paid for doesn't publish it, we refund that outlet.

How long does a launch take?

A person reviews your release after you approve it, and we aim to send it within one business day. Each news site then publishes on its own schedule, and your report adds every link as it goes live.

Who writes the release?

We do. We draft it from your product page and your answers to a few optional questions, and you can edit every line before you approve it.

Will a reporter write about my business?

No. Your release is published as a press release, in the press release and business news sections of the sites in your plan. Reporters sometimes use releases for story ideas, but nobody can promise that. Sending your launch page to the few reporters who cover your field gives it the best chance.

What results should I expect?

A public, dated record of your launch: your own launch page and, on paid plans, your release on the news sites in your plan, each with links to your store. Your report lists every placement and shows which links are followed. Traffic, sales and rankings depend on your product and your market, so we don't promise them. Share your launch page with your customers and on social media to get the most from it.

Which news sites will run it?

News and business sites in our distribution partner's network: 400+ with Starter and 500+ with Wide Release. Releases appear in their press release or business news sections, and your report links to every page so you can check each one. AP News and USA Today come with Launch Pro or as extras.

Can I change a release after it's published?

No. Published releases can't be edited or removed, so you see the final version before you pay. You can cancel for a full refund until processing starts.

Are the links dofollow?

Each news site decides how it tags its links, and your report shows which ones are followed. We don't sell links for search rankings: Google's rules treat them as spam and can penalize your site, so we sell coverage, not rankings.

Will a launch improve my Google ranking?

It helps people and search engines find you: news pages mention your name and link to your website, and your launch page is built for search. Links in your release use your business, product and store names, never keyword phrases, which Google's spam policies flag in press releases. Rankings depend on many things nobody controls, so we never promise a position.

What can't be published?

Adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs and cannabis, tobacco and alcohol, unproven health claims and political content can't be published through VerifiedHive. If your launch is close to the line, we'll tell you before you pay.

What is my free business page?

Every business that publishes a launch gets a free page at verifiedhive.com/your-business with your name, what you do, a link to your website and every launch, newest first. Share it like a news page about your business.
